T. Schor Vocal and Drama Website
The T. Schor vocal music and drama program provides and environment where students can feel safe to explore their creativity. We provide worthwhile musical and theatrical experiences that will shape students as performers, as well as people. The T. Schor vocal music and drama program provides training in all aspects of musicianship and theater, along with training in problem-solving, teamwork, and goal-setting. We are building character through the arts.
About Mrs. Sterlacci
Rebekah Sterlacci is in her 10th year teaching Vocal Music at Schor Middle School. Mrs. Sterlacci holds an undergraduate degree and a masters degree in music education from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University. Mrs. Sterlacci is pursuing her doctorate in educational leadership at Rowan University. In addition to directing the choirs and drama program at Schor, Mrs. Sterlacci is the conductor of the Rutgers Scarlet Singers and the associate conductor of the Rutgers Children’s Choir. Mrs. Sterlacci has been invited to make presentations at education and music conferences and was awarded the Teachers Who Make Magic and the Governor’s Teacher Recognition awards in 2012.
